SO AMAZING!!!! Went with a group of friends, the place was empty so being from Miami I was super hesitant. When we see an empty place we immediately assume it's not great, I was so pleasantly surprised! Bartender took our orders and then went and cooked them! Fantastic service, drinks, food, everything. Can't wait to go back to West Virginia, definitely visiting this place again!

Brandon is awesome come see him great food awesome service. I love this place

You have to get buzzed in at the entrance. Modest beer tap set, Flying Dog Snake Dog IPA being the only craft style. Three guys sitting separately at the bar looking bored at 3pm and left shortly thereafter, then a handful of regulars began to arrive around 3:30. The cook Leticia makes some excellent food. The chili is lip-burning spicy with big chunks of excellent quality ground meat. The brisket is very tender although the smoked flavor seems like it's bottled smoke in the sauce rather in the meat. Homemade chips are warm and delicious. The ambience and decor are nice. The "firefighter" theme is very minimal so you'll be disappointed if that's why you stop here, but it's a nod to the firehouse next door. Classic rock 70's and '80s piped at an acceptable volume that does not disrupt talking.

Typical bar. Lots of tv's so requesting your favorite team on one of them has never been a problem. Food however is a bit under par sadly... a little passion is needed from the chef. Bartenders are friendly and prompt at serving another round before your glass is empty! Pool tables, darts, slot machines, and corn hole board outside on the patio where smoking is allowed.

Wonderful experience! Bar tender, I believe her name was Heather, was wonderful and so very pleasant. My boyfriend and I took a long weekend from N.J. to WV/MA/VA and having a quick lunch here (I stress quick) really influenced our trip. Now, the food.... just as amazing as the service.
