Stopped by last minute to ask them to assess a screw stuck in my tire. Took a look at it pulled it and realized there was no puncture. Very courteous in marking it in case it did leak and sent me on my way without a charge! Great guys, will definitely bring my car back when needed! Highly recommended by a coworker too.
My wife's car had a power steering problem I searched local repair shops settling on Greg Jenkins. GREAT experience. They were prompt, courteous and very fair. They called me with an estimate, then once approved they completed the work quickly and within the estimate. I highly recommend Greg Jenkins and the wonderful staff there!
One thing for sure, you won't regert taking your car to this place.
They did a great job....I thought until I looked and the NEW inner tie rod wasn't replaced. I don't buy parts to because I want them I get them because I NEED THEM. Also they were supposed to check my strut mounts and align the struts so they are centered with the mounts but they didn't do that either. They were also supposed to check to see if my axles were ok...no they didn't do that either. The inner cv boot is torn all to shreds. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. They charged me 401.98 cents for nothing. Pisses me off to no end. See if I take my cars to them again. Should have known to take it to VAGWORKS. Mechanics around here don't want to work on volkswagens. Idk they are amazing cars but I Guarentee I will not be taking my jetta or my golf to Greg Jenkins ever again
