All of the Butts Family ARE truly "blessed", they are the absolute BEST! I've lived in various states, always rented or bought from very nice people, but this Landlord/tenant situation is the best of them all! Even the tenants that we've met are kind, compassionate and overall seemingly as content as we are! I'm really "proud" of this Park we presently call "HOME"! We are "minutes away" from the hospital, banks, shopping centers ,schools & downtown Martinsburg ( so quaint & lovely!). THAT is a big PLUS for, as we are both disabled and do not drive either.
