I love this place. Usually go in every 6-8weeks for a trim. The staff is always nice and just makes for a very laid back atmosphere. I hate to wait so I usually go during the week when they aren't as busy.

Miyisha is great! My hair is difficult to color and she just smiled when it turned orange, and said, no problem, I'll fix it. And she did! Smiling and joyful the whole time! My cut was great! If you're looking for a beautician, I recommend Miyisha!
I went in for a bang trim today, 3/15/17 @ 5pm. My appointment was scheduled for 5:15pm. I specifically told Joanne I wanted them BELOW my eyebrows. She cuts them ABOVE my eyebrows. When she finished and turned me to the mirror, I told her they were too short. She says, "Well at least they're even!" I said, "I specifically told you I wanted them below my eyebrows." She says, well it's free, so..." I stormed out of there. I will not be going back!
My fiancé came in for a hair trim, usually takes about 20 minutes start to finish - just a basic fade. He checked in at the front & was told he'd be next. About 10 minutes later another gentleman walked in & my fiancé is told that the other guy had already checked in so he was actually up next, then it would be my fiancé's turn. So we wait some more, again another guy walked in a few minutes later & were told again that we'll have to wait, the guy who just walked in had already checked in so we're again being bumped. She looks at the time & corrects herself by saying "We close at 7:30, so we won't be able to take you (it is 7:10, we've been here for almost 30 minutes.) We said wait a minute, the sign says you don't close for another 2 hours. She tells us on the window on the SIDE of the door that their hours are "corrected" saying they now close at 7:30 even though the hours of operation posted on the front still said 9 - we didn't search the rest of the windows to look for conflicting postage, so after wasting half an hour waiting after being told multiple times my fiancé was next only to be pushed back by other people who weren't even in the shop waiting - were told that he can't even be serviced & we waited for nothing! Shouldn't there have been a list we were made aware of we were on so the time wasted was one US? If someone is ahead that's fine but to have us wait to turn around & refuse us when originally we were told we were next up?!That there was a possibility our wait would be extended? No. None of that was made clear, none of that was told to us before hand. Complete & utter waste of time. Never again.
