Bought a F-150 there two years ago, Woody is a great, friendly sales man. Traded a Buick I never really liked for it and got exactly what I thought I was going to get for it (even though later I saw it at their used car lot for almost twice of what I got...bummer). Anyhow, service has been limited to essentially regular maintenance. Fast and friendly with this small town feeling that I really like.
The service department has been exceptional with us, we have been there several times now. They take us promptly and fix the issues and don't overcharge. We have tried two other Ford dealers in the area and have been severely disappointed. Your service dept has made a customer out of us as long as we own a ford.
I took my truck there to have shocks put on and they did the work promptly and the price was very reasonable. Now my truck rides like it is supposed to. Thank you Parsons I appreciate it.
The only thing I can say about Parson Ford, Is that they have always done a great job on both my cars. If I Have a problem it gets fixed with no trouble. Twice I was told I could drop in without an appointment for an oil change only to drive out there and find out it'd be a very long wait (more than three hours) or that they couldn't get to my car. It would be nice to hear that prior to making the trip out.
