Crooked and dishonest. Fraudulent WV State Inspections. Priced high for quality of vehicles available. Lied about work supposedly done to correct issues that needed attention at time of sale. Not sure owner Jerry even exists as he is "always out" or "you just missed him".
By far the nicest inventory in the area. They have the friendliest staff. Its so easy to purchase a car here. I was in and out in 45 minutes.

Do not buy a vehicle from this company. They are the epitome of bad, used car dealerships and definitely do not care about you as a customer. I would not trust the safety of my family in any car this dealership sells.
Tried to convince me the vehicle safety issues that were state inspection failures at time of sale i.e. no horn, blown tail light, below spec brake pads, headlights not aimed, and front tires below spec, miraculously happened in the seven days between when the vehicle had supposedly been inspected and the date of sale. Avoided phone calls on numerous occasions, did not provide copy of contract as discussed, did not provide CarFax as requested. Allowed unsafe vehicle to be listed for sale and when confronted, basically shrugged their shoulders.
Had an awesome experience Tim was great and helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for my needs. I got a fantastic deal and would recommend anyone that’s interested in buying a car to stop on in ask for Tim. Complaint filed with State Attorney General's Office. Response from "owner" was condescending and completely fabricated. Lied about every issue that was addressed. Should not be allowed to sell cars in ANY state and should have their State Vehicle Inspection License revoked. WV State Police notified as well as WV State Inspection Supervisor.
